Funky Modern Downtown Loft- Best Location In Town!

Positive: Excellent location and great space layout for the 3 of us with a good couch-bed in living room and King bed in loft. Good kitchen with the basics. Lovely little balcony area. Lots of notes from owner but they didn't seem to get my replies, bounce back through booking.com Negative: The windows are very thin and the noise from the clubs around the condo was as though the windows were open, they weren't. There are ants in the condo and any traps were visible. There were serious warnings to us to not make noise in the apartment which we could understand and as such we also expected quiet. 3 of 4 interrupted nights due to loud neighbourhood music.

This ruined our family trip to Vancouver Negative: The neighborhood is generally bad and the noise includes constant sirens, smashed bottles, shouting, drug abuse in the alleys and locals accosting guests. Dim, narrow unclean hallways, and poorly maintained facility. The apartment itself is ok. This property will NOT address your concerns
